I use this app every day to manage Linux-servers, firewalls, routers and offcourse ESX-servers. You can choose to install the “putty-package” with is a set of apps for use around putty.

I use pageant all the time. Pageant is “an SSH authentication agent for PuTTY, PSCP and Plink”. If you want to know about how it works take a look here.

It supports RDP, VNC, ICA, SSH, Telnet, Http/s and Rlogin. I am using it for RDP to administrate windows servers and VNC to remote clients.
